Used Komatsu PC360-8 excavator

Komatsu PC360-8 is the PC360 machine I show first when the buyer needs heavier loading capacity than PC350-8 for quarry loading, sand and gravel yards, repeated truck loading, quarry support and aggregate-yard production. It is not the machine I use to replace PC350-8 in narrow-site, pipeline or lighter general construction jobs. It is for buyers who need more stable heavy-duty production.

We usually keep around two to three PC360-8 machines in stock. Current machines may be around 300 to 4,000 working hours. Paint condition can vary: some machines keep original paint, some are fully repainted, and some only have small local paint repair. When current yard stock changes, we can also check suitable China-market PC360 options according to the buyer’s required year, hours and condition.

PC360-8 commonly uses the SAA6D114E-3 high-pressure common-rail engine, but the actual engine plate must be confirmed on each machine. This setup helps with fuel control, Tier3 export acceptance and long-term work, but it also needs cleaner diesel, regular filter maintenance and mechanics who can handle electronic fault diagnosis.

I do not recommend PC360-8 for every buyer. If the job is narrow-site earthwork, trenching, pipeline work or lighter general construction, PC350-8 may be easier to manage. If the project is short-term, low-budget, and the market has weak electronic repair support or unstable fuel quality, PC360-7 can be checked separately.

Before quotation, ask for the exact working video. Check cold start, smoke, hydraulic response, swing, travel, undercarriage, boom foot, arm, bucket linkage, welding marks, machine plate and loading proof. On a used PC360-8, low hours are helpful, but structure, undercarriage and working video decide the real value.
