Used Komatsu PC450LC-8 excavator
A 40-50t class Komatsu machine for export from China. Price follows the exact unit, not the model name.

When a buyer feels PC400-8 is light for the job, but PC460LC-8, PC490 or PC500 brings too much cost and transport pressure, PC450LC-8 is usually the middle machine I check first. It is suitable for large-site earthmoving, heavier loading, bulk material handling, heavy roadbed preparation on larger sites, contractor fleets and resale markets where Komatsu big excavators are already accepted.
We usually keep around three PC450LC-8 machines in stock. Most units are between about 1,000 and 5,000 working hours. Paint condition can vary: some machines keep original paint, some are fully repainted, and some only need local paint repair. Paint can also be prepared according to the buyer’s resale needs.
Most undercarriages are in very strong condition, many close to new or renewed, but the exact rollers, chain, sprocket, idler and track frame should still be checked by video. On a 45-ton excavator, undercarriage, swing, travel power and structure condition are more important than paint.
PC450LC-8 should not be confused with PC400-8. PC400-8 is easier for softer ground, river work, narrow sites and lower transport pressure. PC450LC-8 should be checked when the buyer needs stronger loading confidence, heavier site work and a more stable large-excavator direction.
I do not position PC450LC-8 as the dedicated continuous quarry machine. If the main job is continuous quarry loading, stone yard loading or heavier mining support, PC460LC-8 can be discussed separately. PC450LC-8 is still the middle choice when the job is heavier than PC400-8 but not yet a continuous quarry-production job.
I do not recommend PC450LC-8 for markets where Komatsu machines are rare and parts are hard to source or resell locally. It is better for countries where Komatsu large excavators are already accepted, mechanics know the brand, and resale is easier.
Before quotation, ask for the exact machine video. Check cold start, hydraulic pump response, swing, travel, undercarriage, boom, arm, bucket linkage, welding marks, nameplate and loading proof. A tired large machine can become expensive very quickly.
Final Komatsu PC450LC-8 specs should be confirmed by the current machine, nameplate and engine plate. PC450 weight, bucket size, track width, boom and arm setup and transport size may vary by actual configuration.
For Komatsu PC450LC-8 specs or PC450 weight, the actual machine should be confirmed by video, plate details and photos.
