What we collect
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email we receive the details you send - typically your name, your country or port, the machine you are asking about, and any documents you choose to share. We use them for one purpose: to identify the machine, quote it and arrange the export. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
Visitor statistics
This website uses a third-party visitor statistics service. It sets a cookie and records a page view, together with technical information such as the referring page, screen size and an approximate region. It is used only to understand which pages are useful. It is not used to identify you personally, and it is not linked to your enquiry.
Cookies
The only cookies set on this site come from that statistics service. The site itself does not set cookies for advertising or profiling. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and the site will continue to work.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while an order is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions about the machine. Older correspondence is removed periodically.
Your requests
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by messaging the WhatsApp number or email address in the footer of this site. We will respond within a reasonable period.
